Our client an energy/power distribution company seeks to employ a Manager Enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regulatory investigations and compliance reviews.
Monitor adherence to laws regulations and license conditions.
Prepare enforcement notices and regulatory directives.
Coordinate enforcement proceedings and sanctions.
Maintain enforcement records and case files.
Support prosecution and litigation activities where required.
Develop compliance monitoring frameworks.
Prepare enforcement reports and recommendations
Requirements
LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar.
Minimum 68 years experience in regulatory enforcement or compliance.
Strong investigative and legal drafting skills.
Knowledge of administrative and regulatory law
Required Skills:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement. Strong understanding of business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong multitasking skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Clerical experience in a related function. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to details. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to adapt in a changing environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision Other: Master and relevant certifications are an added advantage
