About the Role:

Were in search of a Customer Onboarding Agent to join our dynamic team in Albany Auckland. Youll be at the helm of welcoming customers and coordinating installations between our installers and customers working with our CRM system to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Its not just about coordination; its about orchestrating success for our newest customers.

Under the guidance of our supportive managers youll be involved in a range of tasks including reviewing converted quotes liaising with customers allocating stock issuing purchase orders and coordinating with third-party stakeholders. But its not all work and no play. Youll also have the chance to flex your problem-solving muscles handling customer queries with finesse. Its a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

• Proven experience in a similar role ideally with exposure to coordinating installers or trades.
• Your organisational skills shine through in your approach to work with a strong emphasis on meticulous recordkeeping and spreadsheet skills.
• Your communication skills are top-notch making interactions with you a delight and collaboration a breeze.
• Youre known for your outstanding customer-centric approach and passion for working with customers to ensure their success with us.
• You thrive in a high-performing fast-paced environment and youre a systematic problem solver.
