- Safe Transportation: Safely transport cash and financial documents between designated locations, following established security procedures.
- Cash Handling: Manage the accurate counting, verification, and handling of cash in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including amounts transported, locations, and any discrepancies. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Security Procedures: Adhere to strict security protocols to minimize risks during transportation. Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a secure working environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to provide updates on transportation status and address any concerns.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the cash van to ensure it is in proper working condition. Report any issues or discrepancies immediately.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or stakeholders during cash transactions.
