Budgeting Controlling Financial Reporting Supervisor

• Provides oversight, direction, and analytical support to budget and Costing team.
• Assists the Budget Manager in long/Short -term forecasting and financial planning.
• Support budgeting and accounting team for monthly closing process.
• Provide and submit the required periodic reports at a high level of accuracy to the stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the organization, including variance analysis (Actuals vs. budgets and forecasts) per projects and at RDMC level.
• Recommend and implements reporting policies, procedures and plans facilitating the operational requirements of the Company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, FMVA Certificate is a Plus.
• 6 – 8 years of relevant work experience within multinational environment (Preferred Electromechanical industries).
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Very Good Command with ERP & accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
