Senior Utilities Engineer

Ensure that all Utilities Equipment are working with high performance and in good conditions by implementing the preventive maintenance plan on time and ensure the availability of the most required spare parts in the engineering stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Responsible of utilities equipment and activities.
• Managing all Engineers and technician in the Utilities area Follow on job description, work flows, duties, performance, vacations, overtime..etc.)
• Responsible for utilities technicians vacations and overtime.
• Prepare the yearly preventive maintenance plan (PMP) .
• Follow-up the monthly PMP to implement it by coordinates with production planning Dept.
• Supervise execution of PMP YTD. As well as the corrective Maintenance for all utilities equipment’s .
• Responsible for the technician training for the new equipment.
• Check, ensure records, and updating the maintenance works in the logbooks for all equipment’s according to quality requirements.
• Prepare plan, and list for all required spare parts (foreign, and local) for the utility equipment’s, and execute the plan according to the approved budget.
• assist installation qualification IQ, and operation qualification OQ for equipment in site acceptance test SATon its related part.
