Job Description :

• Implement and Integrate Zoho Apps and amp; Zoho One
• Build project from scratch
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Candidates should be willing to explore creative solutions to solve business requirements
• Manage CRM Implementation projects for Large and amp; Medium Businesses
• Manage Workflow design for clients
• Implement Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books (Inventory, Purchase Orders and Finance apps)
• Record videos and write training documents for customer procedures
• Taking Ownership and responsibility of the projects
• Manage the project quality and deliver the project on-time
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
• Follow industry best practices

Requirements :

• 2 - 3 years of Zoho CRM / Books / Creator / Inventory and other apps
• Zoho Certification / Accreditation
• Previous experience in Zoho implementation
• Expertise in the use of Office apps like (Word, Excel)
• Detail-oriented, punctual and deadline friendly
• Able to communicate in English at actively is required
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
• Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
