Our clientis a national floorcovering wholesale distribution company servicing Australia for around 50 years. It prides itself in customer satisfaction by offering world class products delivered by their dedicated team.
This is a full-time opportunity at their Sydney warehouse facility. Working as part of a small dedicated team you will be in involved all facets of warehousing.
This position will suit a person who likes variety.
Responsibilities include:
- the loading and unloading of stock
- Storing of stock in correct locations
- Operation of forklift
- General maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensuring warehouse areas are clean
- Answering telephone as required
- Assisting in their Trade Centre
Requirements
To be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria:
- Valid Forklift License
- Have 2+ years forklift and warehouse experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills
- A good phone manner
- Be well presented
- Physically fit
- Experience in the flooring industry will be looked upon favourably but not essential
