- Up to$1000 per day + Super
- 6 months contract
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking UX Content Designer to join their team.
In this role, you will be working within a multi-skilled collaborative team, you will play a key role in providing a user experience lens to existing and future focused content and knowledge solutions. Shape the future of content and knowledge making it easier for our people to work; and continue to provide our customers with world-class water services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to embed user-centred/ human-centered approaches and practices to content and knowledge management
- Provide recommendations on design and approaches to shape the future of content and knowledge management at Sydney Water
- Undertake user journey mapping with regards to content and knowledge
Selection Criteria:
- Sound experience in information, content and knowledge development and management
- Solid understanding and experience of human-centered approach to content and knowledge
- Understanding of content models and Intranet architecture
- Be able to bridge the old and new world of content and knowledge solutions
- Solid project management experience
On offer is a 6 month contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
