Responsibilities
- Manage and lead software testing activities
- Cooperates directly with the project manager, product owner and the customer
- Define the test concept and select the required tools for the test environment
- Plan, estimate and track all the testing activities
- Review the software requirements for the testability
- Build up the testing team by being involved in roles definition and hiring
- Design and execute test plans and test strategy
- Report the defects found clearly to the different project stakeholders
- Apply and assure the testing team is following the SW development process (e.g. SCRUM and SAFe)
