The role will be in the installation , commissioning, integration, and acceptance of optical transport equipment systems. They should be highly skilled and disciplined individuals who have expert knowledge of in DWDM/CWDM, and OTN , technical standards and applications. Duties will include: installation, implementation, configuration and troubleshooting, fault resolution, event management, event analysis / communication, UAT and final customer sign-off.

Responsibilities also include contributing in customer operations meetings, working to resolve action items resulting from the operations meetings, interfacing and supporting technical partners/resellers and handling escalations from customers, account teams and technical services departments. Experience with Nortel would be a plus.
