Responsibilities

  • years of account management experience in Telecom
  • Manage the relationship with Telecom & Local Hosting Service (LHS) Partners
  • Help sales team upsell and/or crosssell Classera services and products through Telecom Partners
  • Followup on the generated pipeline through Telecom Partners
  • Support on all mutual activities with Telecom Partners
  • Support the full range of Classera products and services applicable to Telecoms
  • Experience using and communicating CRM performance metrics
  • Perform continuous process evaluation to ensure sustainability
  • Responsible for managing on a daytoday basis a portfolio of Telecom Partners to meet assigned financial targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Effectively analyze and interpret information identifying & validating the key facts
  • Build relationships with key employees among partners
  • Create plans to address market business needs
  • Schedule regular meetings with Telecom & Local Hosting Service (LHS) partners to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Keep Stakeholders updated on the objectives progress predictions and potential issues through weekly correspondence and monthly/quarterly reports

Required Skills

  • Sales Background
  • Good knowledge of the banking and commercial environment of the country/Region
  • Ability to solve problems and adopt a handson role to meet financial targets
  • Computer literate able to compose own correspondences/ reports using standard applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills both in local and English language
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service Financial knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (eg customer satisfaction)
  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field
