Job Description


Business Development team lead is a professional who oversees a team of consultants that help businesses identify and implement solutions to improve their performance efficiency and profitability.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the current state of the business its goals challenges and opportunities
  • Developing and presenting strategic plans and proposals to address the business needs and objectives
  • Conducting high level customer presentation
  • Qualify sales leads
  • Handover the qualified leads to the sales team for follow up and closure
  • Cold calling
  • Contacting potential customers over the phone or using online tools
  • Leading and managing the implementation of the proposed solutions ensuring quality timeliness and budget compliance
  • Monitoring and evaluating the results and impact of the solutions providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders
  • Coaching mentoring and motivating the consultant team ensuring their professional development and performance


Skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree or higher in business administration management marketing or a related field
  • 57 years of experience in business development consulting or a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions and achieving client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant tools methods and frameworks for business analysis and development
  • B2B sales experience and familiar with the sales process
