Job Description

- Develop and review internal audit plan to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor the new BPM processes through process and system health-checks.
- Conduct audits, health-checks, and on-site project audits and oversee adherence to processes by business users across GS and subsidiaries.
- Analyse root causes of audit findings and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Measure effectiveness of corrective action implementation.
- Review and send report of audit findings to process owners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for document control for all processes.
- Lead the new ISO accreditation projects by aligning with internal stakeholders and the certification bodies.
- Define all new ISO standards’ policies and processes.
- Responsible for the existing ISO certifications renewal.
- Improve the implementation of the organization’s quality management system.
- Analyze the non-conformities that are raised from external audits and take the suitable corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Arrange the management review meetings related to ISO requirements.
- Oversee process risk management through all departments.
- Investigate process-related violation requests, conduct root cause analysis, and provide process/system updates if required.
- Define/Update Company Policies with relevant stakeholders. Ex:DoA Policies , Procurement policy , Saudization, Data security and access permission ...etc. with alignment with BPM.
- Respond to Customers/Partner qualification assessment.
