Executive Technical Support
The Position:
The Executive Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs Laptops and related products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written EnglishBahasa Malaysia Cantonese and Mandarin (Depending on country).
Operational hours currently 9am to 6pm(country specific) Mondays to Fridays however working towards 24/7 in future.
