Job Description
- Jointly with the component manager and other technical advisors working on Field of Activity 4, managing activities in the field of women economic empowerment aiming to improve employment opportunities for women and gender-responsiveness in the selected sectors: food processing, tourism, and ICT.
- Providing advisory services to public and private project partners, including government institutions, business associations, business development service providers and financial service providers on setting up and improving gender-responsive support systems for MSMEs.
- Ensuring the achievement of project goals with regards to women economic empowerment.
- Providing technical guidance in the field of gender-responsive approaches, gender diversity management and gender mainstreaming to colleagues leading other Fields of Activity and sectoral interventions.
