Overview:

As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daytoday operations of a team to ensure productivity efficiency and achievement of company goals. You will be responsible for leading guiding and supervising team members while fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
  • Set clear team objectives and monitor progress
  • Handle escalated issues and provide guidance to team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and solicit feedback
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and support to team members
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling resource allocation and performance evaluations
  • Act as a point of contact between upper management and the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns
  • Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Lead by example and uphold company values and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management
  • Sound knowledge of industryspecific processes and best practices
  • Capability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience in performance management and conducting regular evaluations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Indepth understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving targets
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and retention techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a positive work culture
