Job Details:
The ideal candidate should have an MBA from a toptier business school with one to three years of lateral/market recruitment experience
Candidate should have solid endtoend knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with a good grasp on sourcing across different platforms
The candidate should have experience of working with senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis
The candidate should have the capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
Candidate should have a proven track record of proficient problem solving organizational and analytical skills.
