Talent Acquisition Specialist


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to support our companys growth and objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source candidates through various channels including online job postings social media networking events and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment processes and procedures

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.



Requirements


  • 2 years experience in recruitment

  • Experience in hiring across Technical(Cloud and DevOps) and Non Technical roles

  • Startup hiring experience

  • Ability to close positions within set timelines

  • Excellent communication

  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media job boards recruitment tools.

  • Strong problemsolving skills communicationand interpersonal skills



Good to have:


  • Working knowledge of Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.

  • Having knowledge of current recruitment trends

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques

Must have: 3+ years proven experience as an HR Generalist Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude for problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach Experience working with startups or organizations with less than 150 employees Good to have: Experience with campus recruitment Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Experience with campus recruitment Offer negotiation as part of recruitment process
