About the Role
Designation : Senior Content Specialist
Job overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced content expert to join our budding team as a key player in our content engine. You will be spearheading the content function including planning strategy and execution in addition to ensuring quality control. This will include thorough research on construction industryrelated topics with an acumen for writing. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent brand voice and identity in both internal and external communication. Responsibilities and duties:
Plan research and strategize the overall content calendar and structure independently
Apply deep curiosity to understand the market target audience and Company s offerings for
creating compelling messaging and content
Collaborate and manage external writers to deliver wellresearched content that is factually
accurate informative engaging and errorfree
Edit proofread and analyze content to prepare wellstructured drafts and publish quality assets
including whitepaper guides ebooks research reports thought leadership articles etc.
Audit the existing content repository (online and offline) for brand voice relevance and
optimization
Demonstrate advanced ability to track analyze and identify patterns for optimizing content
based on data independently
Team up with the design production team for the timely delivery of collaterals. This includes
assets for the website sales platforms and content amplification campaigns
Work across different teams (product sales customer success event communications
proposals digital and industry) to design and execute content plans
Understand the competitive product differentiations and articulate them consistently across
assets
Maintain the content style guide and ensure that content generated (internal and external) has
a consistent brand voice reinforcing Company s brand identity

Background and Requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 10 to 12 years of agency experience or content writing sales enablement product
marketing or in a similar role at an established B2B SaaS firm
A masterful writer having strong editorial/proofreading capabilities with a proven track record
showcased in a professional portfolio (Exposure to both internal and external communication is
a plus)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a good command of American English
Experience in creating easily understood content from a complex technical product suite
Strong understanding of optimal multichannel approach throughout the customer journey
including but not limited to social digital events and content
Should have experience working crossfunctionally and across geographies to support overall
marketing and business goals
Capability to visualize content from a design production angle will be a valuable skill
Expertise in MS Office and other content management systems will be an added advantage
A specialization in B2B writing with a degree in English journalism mass communication or
media studies is preferred
