Job Description

  • Installs updates modifies and makes minor repairs to computer hardware (laptops and servers) and software.
  • MS O365 management.
  • Maintains system functionality by installing and testing computer components
  • Maintain networks Local and Internet
  • Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders.
  • Coordinate with Third party vendors for resolution of IT systems and network equipment.
  • Resolves tickets and technical requests and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
  • User Access Management
  • Provisioning of Physical and Logical User access and maintain reports.
  • Adhere to organization s IT operations management IT allocation withdrawal
  • Install software / operating system and necessary applications.
  • Antivirus / malware and Vulnerability management Install and maintain AV signature updates and patches in a timely manner.
  • Generate Vulnerability Scan and maintain reports
  • Evaluate and test new programs and applications
  • Documents hardware and software updates.
  • Review and Maintain IT Reports and security reports
  • Keeps up to date on technical advancements by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.
  • Prepares reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
