• Store Manager Min 0203 years of experience in retail /FMCG (outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales). Must have understanding of the role and business acumen handling/handled sales & operations in the current/previous role with a team of min. 34 people. Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SM role. Age should not be more than 30 years.

1. Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling and security protocols.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed store targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
4. Recruit train and supervise store staff including scheduling performance management and employee development.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
