JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLE: Store Manager (Retail instore)

Team Leadership and Development:
a) Recruit train and manage a highperforming team of sales associates.
b) Foster a positive and collaborative work culture through effective communication and motivational techniques.
c) Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
a) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
b) Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
c) Encourage and monitor upselling and crossselling initiatives to optimize revenue streams.
Customer Service Excellence:
a) Establish and maintain a customercentric environment.
b) Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service through training and setting service standards.
c) Personally handle escalated customer concerns and ensure their resolution.
Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management:
a) Oversee the visual presentation of the store ensuring alignment with brand standards.
b) Collaborate with the headquarters on inventory management including stock levels replenishment and merchandise allocation.
c) Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
Operational Efficiency:
a) Manage daytoday store operations including opening and closing procedures.
b) Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for operational consistency.
c) Optimize staffing levels schedules and resource allocation for operational efficiency.
Financial Management:
a) Monitor and manage the store budget expenses and profitability.
b) Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
c) Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
Loss Prevention and Security:
a) Implement and enforce comprehensive loss prevention measures.
b) Conduct regular inventory audits and investigations to address discrepancies.
c) Collaborate with security personnel and technologies to maintain store security.
