• Prepare takeoff quantities for related items in the project.
• Prepare subcontractors’ invoices and make follow-ups for all related documents.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or agree on the services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project with El Hazek construction.
• Measure and value the work done on-site to be submitted through client invoice.
• Preparation for all data related to variation to be included in cost impact as well as follow-up on variations.
• Align with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers, technical office, and QC engineers.
• Quantification for project material.
• Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture. Engineering
• Minimum Years of experience: 5 years of experience

Skills

• Auto CAD, Microsoft office suite, and General Computer using
• English Language skills: Very Good, Revit

Abilities

• Team Building, Communication, Problem Solving, Hard Worker
• Minimal physical abilities Standing or Walking
