Job Description
Work with development team and stakeholders
to ideate software solutions.
-Complete configuration and upgrading based on design and specifications
of client proposals.
-Provide timely status reports to supervisors and project managers.
-Technical Assistance and Support Troubleshoot and resolve issues when
contacted by clients.
-Test software to ensure responsiveness
and efficiency.
-Write technical documentation.
