ServiceNow Developer

Your IT Recruiter is helping an ondemand autonomous ridehailing company hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer be a critical member of the IT Applications team.

In this role you will work handinhand with the platform owner and architect ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. You will maintain and enhance the ServiceNow ecosystem while serving as a technical lead guiding and mentoring teams on best practices and complex technical solutions.

Were looking for someone with extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience ideally 6 years. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to translate complex concepts into digestible insights.

As a ServiceNow Developer youll:

• Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
  
• Act as a technical lead on projects serving as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow focusing on ITAM ITOM and integration capabilities.
  
• Collaborate closely with the IT application administrators platform owner and architect to design develop and refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements design workflows and processes and deliver consistent support.
  
• Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features adapting to the companys growth trajectory.
  

Commitment: This is a fulltime 6month ongoing contract position staffed via our client. This role is hybrid requiring at least 3 days onsite. It will be available to candidates who are local to the Foster City CA area.

Requirements

• 6 years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience with a focus on the following:
  
  • ITAM ITOM Flow Designer integrations scoped applications and automated testing frameworks
    
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings set clear user expectations and evangelize ServiceNow best practices
  
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights
  
• A pronounced sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous evolution and learning
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in hardware or software asset management
  
• ServiceNowcertified application developer certification

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication.
