Training Developer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with SMEs to capture training objectives curriculum and assessments.

Designed and developed elearning and classroom training materials using NextGen Tools such as

Articulate 360 SnipIt and SnagIt.

Develop a range of training products including elearning modules job aids videos and classroom

materials.

Support the Lead in deploying training and performance support materials.

Update and refine training materials based on feedback and evolving educational strategies.

Experience

Proficiency in Articulate OGL or other training development tools and experience in developing e

learning modules.

Basic knowledge of training content development.

Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Competent research skills to effectively document training requirements and developments.

Experience providing training support in various formats.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Familiarity with content authoring tools like Camtasia Snip It SnagIt etc.

Oracle experience is beneficial.
