- Deep understanding of all the regulations related to outbound tourism activities.
- B2B and B2C sales experience.
- Ensure regular contacts with clients and provide timely and efficient responses to all customer queries.
- Manages all air/ground holidays products and rates; identifies new destinations for Holidays services; conducts field trips to evaluate DMCs and suppliers; negotiates contracts terms with DMCs and activity suppliers to create holiday outbound packages in the corresponding markets (fixed departures, dynamic packaging…).
