Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Contribute as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
• Build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, while helping guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment process.
• Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
• Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
• Manage various internal and external recruitment tools not limited to Applicant Tracking System but also social media recruitment system or any AI based tool to ensure greater talent attraction and a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Prepare and extend job offers to candidates following Ericsson compensation guidelines.
• Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer happiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
