Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure ensuring alignment with company goals and efficiency in sales operations.
Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives; focus on high performance and continuous improvement in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision makers across law firms legal organizations financial institutions and government bodies.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate customer feedback and tailor our offerings to better meet market demands.
Mentor and support the sales team through training and coaching fostering a culture of success and innovation.
Requirements:
At least 7 years in sales in IT software product with a strong preference for backgrounds in law AI/technology or education sectors.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a highperforming sales team with a track record of achieving significant sales targets.
Deep understanding of the legal sectors dynamics and challenges with insights into how technology can solve industryspecific problems.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strong teamwork capabilities particularly in a crossfunctional setting.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
Genuine interest in technology and its applications in improving business processes and outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
Demonstrated success in building relationships with key industry players.
