Roles Summary / Purpose
Responsible to drive sales for the company and maximizing revenue. Play a pivotal role in generating
new business and managing existing accounts. Build and maintain a strong relationship with
customers and key stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring that sales goals are met. This involves monitoring sales performance identifying areas for improvement and creating strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in respective region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Identify and target potential new dealerships and develop relationships with existing ones to expand the business.
  • Stay uptodate on competitors movement and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to dealers resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work with dealers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
  • Responsible of own learning and growth and staying up to date with product knowledge company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Crossdepartment support; coordinate and conduct sharing of knowhow / knowledge for others to enhance their skills product knowledge and customer service abilities. Ensure coworkers are updated on any changes in products services or company policies.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and productivity goals.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by superior(s)

Requirements

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Any other competencies as defined by the company competencies framework
