Open Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Full Time/Freelance)
We are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us on Full-Time or Freelance You will be responsible to assist our clients in finding the best candidates for their You ll attract candidates, assessing their CVs, interview and connect them with relevant career
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and developing long-term client/business relationships
Sourcing & Headhunting identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Managing the entire process through the interview all the way to job offer stage
Negotiating salary and placement fee rates as well as finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
Using social media platforms to advertise positions, attract candidates and build long term relationships
Using sales skills, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
Key Requirements:
A proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
Having more than 4 years working experience in recruiting or sales role
Strong time management and organisational skills
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
A winning mentality
A leader with the ability to mentor the junior teammates
