Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager (SPM) provides support to the Country Program Director (CPD) in the management of technical and administrative country counterparts and implementing partners, alignment and progress of program implementation including knowledge management, and will lead the technical communication and awareness components of the MTaPS Program in coordination with technical area leads including AMR, IPC, and COVID-19 vaccine safety.

The SPM provides support to the Country Program Director (CPD) with direct technical assistance to the Ministry of Health, national focal points and other country partners and stakeholders.

As required, the SPM also provides technical assistance to other country activities and works with MTaPS Technical Strategy Lead and other MSH technical staff on opportunities, new and existing tools, and country implementation programs related to strengthening pharmaceutical management systems.
