- Support the planning of M&E activities, including the development of the Theory of Change, Logical Framework, and M&E plans.
- Define the M&E quantitative and qualitative activities and develop the implementation and data collection tools.
- Coordinate the work of quantitative and qualitative data collectors, develop the data collection plans and coordinate required logistics.
- Conduct training for field data collectors and enumerators on data collection and management protocols, and ethical considerations during implementation in the field, as per RHAS’ internal policies.
