About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Advertising Partnerships & Go-To-Market to lead the eBay Advertising sales team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Client Partners, Agency Lead & Partner Manager. In addition, this person is required to develop the sales strategy, client education and oversee the growth of eBay Ads across a variety of Ads products; Promoted Listings, Sponsored Products & Display Advertising.
The Senior Manager, Advertising Partnerships & Go-To-Market will act as the ambassador for eBay Ads within the local market. Your knowledge of retail media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be utilised to Identify and develop program / client solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strategic business background, deep understanding of the Advertising sales function, and technical fluency. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges, establish relationships with internal / external partners and build analytical or financial models. You thrive on constantly improving the customer experience.
Responsibilities

Enhance eBays relationship with sellers & advertisers, with a focus on developing relationships at the C-suite level
Partner with sales and functional leadership to deliver on the revenue targets
Work closely with Ads Sales Managers to define seller & vertical plans to drive key business performance metrics
Develop team KPIs & goals to drive business outcomes for eBay Ads & eBay Australia
Support our local and global product teams in driving new Initiatives and product adoption
Design and develop programs and/or tools/mechanisms that balance time-to-market, investment, and seller outcomes
Create persuasive sales narratives to help the team leverage market trends and eBay data to position eBay as the retail media leaders
Partner with cross-functional & global partners to structure and complete operational and critical initiatives
Educate our sellers on eBays advertising platform
Own forecasting and product analysis to provide Insight back to the business
Exceed sales goals for yourself and the broader GTM team
Design and develop programs and/or tools/mechanisms that balance time-to-market, investment, and customer outcomes
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Ad sales, Enterprise software sales or consulting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across organizations, geographies, and cultures
5+ years experience in leading and managing a team
Ability to coach sales leaders with proven success
Deep experience in driving brand and performance outcomes through digital channels
Demonstrated success leading and deploying the full mix of media and client solutions
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
Experience with analysing data and delivering insights
Bachelors degree or tertiary equivalent qualification in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
Excellent collaboration skills
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
