Job Description

To undertake responsibilities related to compensation and benefits (C&B) as well as total reward activities within the Company ensuring smooth and precise execution.

Payroll and Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the payroll process including monthly timesheet management attendance recording salary and incentive calculation and staff benefit and allowance computation.
  • Monitor and manage overtime hours.
  • Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) calculation and finalization along with monthly PIT reporting.
  • Prepare for and contribute to the annual salary review and bonus allocation.
  • Manage various insurances such as Social Health Unemployment and Occupational Disease insurance including monthly updates claim processing and other related tasks.
  • Administer Care/Accident Insurance by adhering to contracts managing payments updating the Supplier monthly and handling staff claims.
  • Responsible for issuing and renewing labor contracts (LC) as well as maintaining proper documentation.

Offboarding and Separation:

  • Oversee the general offboarding process ensuring final payments and Social Insurance (SI) book completion.

C&B Administration:

  • Prepare decisions related to salary adjustments allowances promotions transfers and relocations.
  • Update employee profiles in the ERP system.

Policy and Process Management:

  • Participate in the revision of HR and C&B policies and processes.

Reporting Auditing and Projects:

  • Manage internal audits inspections and audits related to the C&B function.
  • Prepare C&B reports on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Contribute to C&B projects and participate in HR projects including reviewing and revising job grades and salary structures.

Other Duties:

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
