Senior Cost Center & Operations Controller

Responsibilities:

• Submit actuals/forecasts to corporate management through the update of magnitude reporting tool as part of monthly reporting of accounting results
• Support in the consolidation of the annual multi-year budget for Thales AMEWA region
• Assist in the preparation of country and function budgets for full AMEWA scope
• Assist in reinforcement and monitoring of accounting and compliance internal controls
• Prepare ad hoc costs analyses as needed by finance internally and by other departments
• Review of monthly intercompany invoices received related to recharge of other miscellaneous costs
• Prepare and transmit quarterly THINT fee and other miscellaneous intercompany invoices to other Thales units
• Prepare monthly recharge invoices from representative offices to AMEWA in the context of monthly closing
