- Azure Administrationfrom Administering Virtual Machines, Storage and Automation Accounts, Subscriptions, virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, Interfaces, Public and Private IPs, Network Security groups, Security Center, Force Tunneling in addition to Cost Management.
- Citrix:Delivery Controllers and VDA agents, Citrix Studio Administration, Director Administration, NetScaler and licensing, Citrix security.
- Helpdesk AdministrationReceiving and assigning tickets, adding categories, following up on tickets, and monitoring the license assignments and installations to users and devices.
