As our (Senior) Business Development Manager (d/f/m), you will have the opportunity to be an active part of driving strategic initiatives, executing operational improvements and establishing the foundation for further growth. You will be the link between the Managing Directors, our internal departments and numerous external parties.

What you will do

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Ensure constant business growth by identifying new ways of doing business through market and potential analyses
  • Develop, initiate and manage strategies to allow Futurepath to expand its client base
  • Identify new customers within the Volkswagen Group universe (in Germany and internationally), target high potential clients and sustainably expand them and existing ones through strategic relationship management
  • Think of and implement methods for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships as well as establishing strategies for possible client clusters

Requirements

Who you are

  • 3+ years of working experience within the field of Business Acquisition/Development or B2B Sales or Key Account Management
  • Able to develop strong relationships and communicate with senior level executives
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Feel confident at presenting and negotiating
  • Possess passion for the tech and automotive/mobility industry
  • Have experience in project management and working in agile project environments is a big plus
  • Consider yourself a team player
