Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer

Job Description

• Matching and reviewing the structural drawings with the architectural drawings before sending them to start implementation
• Preparing inventories and calculating quantities and materials for all project items
• Preparing an extensive plan to ensure the flow of materials needed for the project as specified in the plan's schedule and time
• Preparing time schedules for each project and following up on compliance with them
• Making updates to projects and adding them to timelines
• Giving recommendations and making modifications to the working drawings of the site
• Inventory of extracts from the owner and contractor
• Make monthly reports on the percentage of completion in the projects and send them to the administration and the owner
• Communicate with other departments to implement projects
• Reviewing the drawings and matching them with the design officer
• Make structural modifications if necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Architecture.
• Preferred (Ain Shams Univ. - Cairo Univ.- other governmental universities)
• One-year Experience at least in sites
• AutoCad
• Photoshop
• Microsoft office
