Required Skills:
Recent experience in a fulltime Help Desk/Technical Support position
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft desktop software products
Experience with entering information and working with a trouble ticket system
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio SharePoint and Office applications
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
