Project Technical Support Officer with baseline clearance Tasmania

1. Project Management and Delivery:
   • Successfully manage and deliver ICTrelated projects and large corporate ICT transformation programs.
   • Adapt to and work across various delivery methodologies including waterfall Agile and Hybrid approaches.
2. IT Infrastructure Management:
   • Oversee hardware installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
   • Manage servers routers switches VoIP equipment computers and peripherals and wireless network equipment.
   • Handle associated copper and opticfibre structured cabling.
3. RF and Communication Systems:
   • Install and maintain RF 4G LTE or Satellite communications systems equipment.
   • Demonstrate a strong understanding and practical experience with RF system components and supporting equipment.
4. Team Leadership and Vendor Management:
   • Provide guidance and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams 3rd party vendors and other departmental teams to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Software Systems Management:
   • Experience with the installation administration development and testing of software systems.
6. Licensing and Certification:
   • Possess an Open Cabling Licence with endorsements for optical coaxial and structured cabling (O C & S).
7. Antenna Systems:
   • Understand antennas and associated cabling/feeder systems.
   • Familiarity with masts and associated hardware.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing ICTrelated projects and largescale ICT transformation programs.
• Proficiency in various project delivery methodologies.
• Handson experience with IT infrastructure hardware installation and maintenance.
• Expertise in RF 4G LTE or Satellite communications systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams and external vendors.
• Experience with software system installation administration development and testing.
• Open Cabling Licence with optical coaxial and structured cabling endorsements.
• Knowledge of antenna systems and related hardware.
• Australian citizen with baseline security clearance
• Tasmania work location
