Job Skills and Responsibilities:

• Determine the relevant platforms and related architecture considerations and tradeoffs
• Describe the applicable design considerations and tradeoffs when working within the constraints of the platform and data volumes
• Recommend an appropriate data backup and archival strategy
• Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements
• Recommend an appropriate identity management mechanism to apply within a solution
• Architect a solution for optimal performance scalability maintainability and reuse
• Evaluate a customer integration environment to recommend the appropriate strategy and technology components based on common integration patterns (including SOAP/REST web services APIs batch processes connectors middleware)
• Recommend the data migration strategy considerations and appropriate tools to use
• Recommend solutions in Visualforce Apex Java AJAX JavaScript and other technologies to build customized solutions on the SFDC platform that support business requirements when outofbox salesforce capabilities are not sufficient.
• Lead teams in technical projects
• Understand the business requirements and have the ability to ask questions for clarification.
• Active participation in review of product backlog items with participation in the refinement/grooming meetings.
• Can discuss and review these new items to both onsite and offshore team members as needed
• Demo progress periodically.
• Map requirements into SFDC modules and objects.
• Design the security model for SFDC (Roles Hierarchy Sharing model etc.)
• Configure the Salesforce application.
• Complete the Apex and Visualforce development as per design documents.
• Create deployment packages and Plan.
• Keeping the technical Lead informed of progress and issues in a timely manner.
