- Assertive and Delivery Mindset.
- Co-Ordination with PM s/Architects and other internal stakeholders at Project level (for each of the projects involved).
- Interface with customers for project delivery needs. This would be a customer facing role.
- Lead Periodic project reviews internal and external(customer).
- Quality Control on Deliverables.
- Take Ownership of team success and failures.
- Early Escalations to offshore Delivery Headsand onshore Practice Leads.
- Onboarding, offboarding of the team on need basis.
- Periodic skill set reviews based on the sales pipeline.
- Complete accountability on the delivery such as Project timeline, Scope, Quality issues, production roll out planning, resource planning etc.,
- Align with account management and program management.
- Monitor and track Project and Practice Profitability.
- Minimize at the same time maintain effective Bench.
- People Skills
- Ability manages the conflicts within the team members.
- Motivate the team members for career growth (Career Path)
- Listen to resource concerns and provide optimal solutions.
- Persuade resources to stay within the organization.
- Project Management
- Salesforce (preferred). Service cloud and Health cloud any one of them is a big plus.
- Exposure to Health Insurance Payer domain is a big plus.
