Job Description
I. Job Summary
The Salesforce lightning developer with strong experience in Salesforce platform and related technologies. This person will build worldclass applications to meet evolving requirements and improve our internal and customerfacing Salesforce environment. The candidate will be customer focused highly collaborative and constantly seek input to ensure success. The candidate should be able to build and customize solutions and manage integrations with other systems. He should have good handson experience is developing solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and frontend web technologies.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
- Design develop test document and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
- Lead technical design sessions designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the WMs business objectives
- Thorough understanding of/and detailed experience with architecture and APIs.
- Expertise in implementations covering Sales Cloud Service Cloud Chatter & Appexchange applications
- Expertise in Salesforce core languages: Apex (language triggers classes web services); Visualforce (pages and components); Lightning components and SOQL
- SFDC Experience working in Visualforce Lightning/Communities APEX coding Process Builder Triggers Workflows Flows CSS HTML Templates Custom coding and Web Services
- Lightning development experience including lightning design components Aura Framework JavaScript and Serverside components
- Experience integrating with other applications via realtime batch and sync/async
- Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as MuleSoft Webmethods etc.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
May coach and mentor lessexperienced analysts and act as team leader on systems projects.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS or similar area of study or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
- None required.
C. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required
Advanced knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required:
- Ability to think critically and challenge conventional thinking
- Handson experience on Visual Studio Code IDE GitHub Jira
D. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities that Contribute to Success
May require advanced skills in one or more of the following:
- Web application development imaging technology.
- Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
V. Work Environment

- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding machine operation etc.) most of the work day;

- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt odors noise weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
- Normal setting for this job is an office setting.
