Our client is an AU company that provides an end to end cash flow management platform that helps businesses to release cash flow stresses and save more money and time for them by leveraging their B2B smart payment and accounting automation solutions with the advanced technology, so that businesses could focus on what they do they best to grow faster.


Job Role

As a Partner Success Manager in our Go-To-Market team, you will help develop the sales and marketing strategy, drive strong growth in sales, mentor and motivate team members to succeed. You will also work closely and collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes as a team together.To be successful in this role, you must be keen to delight our partners and help them to succeed. You are a strong result driven rock star who always meets or exceeds KPI and are always looking for improvement continuously on sales processes and strategies to help grow our business.What will you do?

  • Creating sales and marketing programs, campaigns and other events to generate new growth opportunities.
  • Managing and improving the entire sales process to drive new acquisitions and to optimize opportunities for existing users.
  • Engaging with day-to-day sales activities and understanding the problems and challenges of partners and identifying ways to solve them.
  • Identify new sales and channel partner opportunities, and seek opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
  • Other ad hoc duties are required by the business.


Requirements



  • Have a passion to work for a fintech start-up that has huge potential to grow in the future.
  • Prior experience (3-5years) with sales or account management teams.
  • Strong customer focus and partner relationship management in a face to the face or virtual selling environment.
  • Understanding or experience with accounting software, doing accounting and bookkeeping works is a huge bonus
  • Have great knowledge of the digital social media landscape e.g. SEO, SEM, Social, Websites, other digital channels and develop strategies to drive growth. s
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPI.
  • Clear and top-class communication skills and the ability to effectively drive any sales conversation.
  • Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organization skills and time management skills
  • Have a positive attitude with high levels of motivation, enthusiasm and flexibility.




Work From Home Requirements

At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
