This is a remote position.
The Outbound Call / Lead Generation Specialist works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. S/he handles administrative duties and assists the business development team in gaining and keeping customers. Specifically they are responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles with a minimum of 13 years in a lead generation / outbound call position.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem solver with a customercentric approach.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
