Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information or route calls to the appropriate department.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and SMS messages in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our pest control services products and processes.
Utilize company systems to schedule services when required adhering to routing standards.
Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and effectively close leads on sales calls.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Familiarity with pest control industry terminology and practices is a plus.
