• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our pest control services products and processes.
  

• Utilize company systems to schedule services when required adhering to routing standards.
  

• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and effectively close leads on sales calls.
  

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
  

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  

• Familiarity with pest control industry terminology and practices is a plus.
