Overview:

The Sales Manager in the Cosmetic/Dermatology field plays a crucial role in driving the sales of dermatological and cosmetic products establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and leading a team to achieve sales targets. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate the cosmetic market and increase the companys market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance levels.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in dermatological and cosmetic products.
  • Implement sales training programs to enhance the teams product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and exhibitions to promote the companys products.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction levels are continuously met.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and business planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the cosmetic or dermatology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of cosmetic market trends and competitors.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Indepth understanding of dermatological and cosmetic products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Detailoriented and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the dermatology and cosmetic industry.
