We are looking on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating leads managing accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The duties also include creating and implementing sales strategies and reporting sales performance data to senior management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and identify potential business opportunities to expand the companys market.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and increase the companys customer base.
  • Account Management: Effectively manage existing client accounts ensuring satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze sales performance data providing regular reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree from a HEC recognized Local/ Foreign University.

Professional Experience: Minimum 04 05 years of experience in Real Estate Industry with experience in selling High rise/ offplan apartment projects in Lahore.

Behavioral Skills and Competencies:

The candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Resultsoriented professional with the ability to drive projects independently from the inception to execution stages.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
