Position Overview:

Were looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer. In this role youll have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals manage key client relationships and drive strategic initiatives to improve work efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by client and work towards swift resolution.
Oversee Quality Management Systems to ensure highquality service delivery.
Ensure quality services are delivered in accordance with defined KPIs.
Lead a team of healthcare front desk management professionals setting and monitoring KPIs for compliance.
Define strategic goals for healthcare operations to drive efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Manage the overall budget and handle financial management responsibilities.
Develop Audit & MIS for healthcare client to provide complete visibility of services.
Coordinate completion of departmental documents and maintain staff records.
Implement fraud management and audit check controlling systems.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
1215 years experience in healthcare management with a focus on managing operations and client relationships.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
